One of our main priorities was to ensure that the interviewees felt treated like VIPs - as to our client, that’s what they are.

EP Connect wanted to increase awareness of their ESCO In A Box solution. They commissioned us to interview leaders from four of their most successful partnerships and create case studies which they could use in their marketing.

Challenges included working around interviewee schedules, and extensive background research needed to understand the complexities of our client’s work and the interviewee’s experiences.
